★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off our carpet that we’ve had for 4 years. We have 3 kids under 4 so you can only imagine how dirty the carpet was. We dropped it off two weeks ago and my husband just picked it up … it looks brand spanking NEW. They did such a job cleansing it. I would highly recommend their services. The lady we’ve been dealing with is also very pleasant. Super friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked when I see my Turkish rugs when they came back from cleaning. The edges of my carpets came even dirtier than before. Probably they are pool cleaning lots of carpets, stacked on top of each other together with the other peoples carpets. The backs of the carpets didn't even seem to be touched, all the water marks (poured and dried before) were there.
I am really dissappointed how sloppy they washed them this time. Because I get them washed by them before, and it was better. The only reason I am getting my carpets washed is not willing to waste my current carpets and buy new ones. But we already wasted too much money for the cleaning for these patchy and fake-washed carpets.

I have an adopted dog who’s been peeing on my nice carpets and these guys worked their magic and removed the pee odour professionally! Thank you for your service and for saving my carpets.
