I wish I could rate this shop a zero. Literally a ZERO RATE!!! BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, etc. The people worked there are totally stupid. Their mechanics/staffs are not even professional licensed. They damaged my car. They waste my money and time. No considerations whatsoever. The receptionist is even worst. The owner is the king of fraud and liar!!!

Get ur own parts if u guys going there to fix ac or anything, coz these guys charge so much in parts or lines.

Called in ahead of time the guy said to come in they will get me in and out in 15/20 mins I told him I don’t have time to wait over an hour today which is how it usually is and I’m fine with that usually but this day I needed it to be done quick as I had things to do 30 mins of being there they didn’t even start until I went back there to ask them what’s going on if you go here expect to wait 1-2 hours for a simple tire swap

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I dropped my truck on the shop for wheel alignment when i got there I checked my truck was damaged and alignment was also totally out of adjustment. It was their responsibility to move the truck without causing any damage . I’m really disappoint with the service and I highly do not recommend this place to others . Do not waste your money and time . I’m going to attach pictures of damaged rim so people can see

Horrible customer service; I called for new runflat tires I was told on the phone they had 4 in stock. So I made my way over from Guelph. Upon arriving they took my car in quick then 30-45 mins later I noticed no work had been done yet so I inquired. I was told there was a inventory issue, due to this error they only infact had 2 runflat tires and 2 none runflat. I was told to come back the next day when the other 2 tires would be in and To defuse the situation they offered a discount on the tires I was happy and didn’t have an issue with returning the next day. The next day I arrived and had to wait 2 hours before they brought my car in, I thought this was completely ludacris considering I had already paid in full for 4 tires I should of been taken care of right away. Got the tires installed and left the next day I decided to check the lug torque only to find out they over torqued 10 of my lugs I managed to get 9 free and one was so over torqued it striped and I wasn’t able to remove the tire how could a tire shop do such things ? What happens if I was stuck on the road how am I supposed to get this tire off ? I went back to the shop a third time and told them they need to remove this lug for me and yet again I had to wait 1-5 hrs before they even looked at it, after 30 mins of the tech trying I was informed they broke 2 sockets trying to get this lug free and they were running out of time (due to closing hour) and I needed to come back a 4th time for them to deal with it and it would most likely take a few hours for them to remove it. Completely frustrated and beyond livid I’ve decided to take it to another shop. Wouldn’t recommend this tire shop to anyone

Disappointment! Such a bad experience. Total wastage of time and money. I Went there to change tires and the mechanics have no knowledge that rim size of rear and front ones are different in some cars. After changing the tires I got back to the shop and told them that I am getting weird noise from the wheels and they checked and after spending 1 hour on top of 3 hours they haven’t able to know the issue and when I talked to the mechanic, he was saying might be rim broke , shocker broke or suspension issue but seems to me that he have zero knowledge coz he was just guessing . Secondly the guy( owner’s son)at the shop at the counter have some good english skills but have no sense how to speak to the customers who paid for the service. After got so much of disappointment from that place I went to other place to fix the issue they caused , the mechanic find the issue in just 1 minute and fix the problem. So had such a horrible experience at the new millenium tire.

I would never recommend anyone to go here unless you want to be stranded on the road/highway. Never seen a tire come off the rim the way mine did. I bought tires from this establishment and they popped within a couple months (bought them during the winter) and offered no compensation. Their only attempt to offer another solution was to pay far more for a more expensive tire. In addition to this horrible customer service, the wait times to have your vehicle serviced here are worse than busy dealerships. I would suggest going anywhere besides this place. Save your money and time.

Great service, I got 2 sets of rims and tires for 2 cars. They did a great job. No scratches or any damages to the new rims. Love the way my car looks. Keep up the good work!
