This long time customer won't be ordering as long as they use this service, really enjoyed the food.
Would give 0 star if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been ordering from New LaSalle for 30 years....but Ordered a large all dressed last night didn't taste the same but had a slice and my lil one had 2 and ended up in bathroom in the late evening.... That's the only thing me and lil one ate in common....(took a COVID test in case, negative)
Just called to tell them I got a whole pizza minus 3 slices and that we were sick.... And they can't do anything about it?? Even a credit?
I've ordered for yrs and never complained, and I do once and you can't come get the pizza to see that I'm not lying and give a credit or another pizza or something?
I'm really disappointed, and angry, that was my favorite pizza for yrs....... I won't be ordering from you guys again.. you lost a good customer, along with family members who won't order from New LaSalle again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that I've seen the hours have been updated and the confusion regarding DoorDash clarified, I can rate this restaurant appropriately. Very good food, highly recommend their pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual go to for Clubs and Pizza.
I called 5 times with no response (which should give you a idea of the food is for me to bother try it), it took me coming to see reviews about what the hell is going on to discover that without warnings whatsoever ANYWHERE, they switched to Door Dash for deliveries.
I have no account with them, nor care to add one and when i order something its because i don't want to bother messing around.
So..i did my order somewhere else and food was there within 20-25 mins.
The end.
