Avoid if you can. Management is really poor and they won't work with you to solve issues. There are other places where you can find daycare with similar high price who offer better services.

Excellent communication, perfect management. Best people gathered in one place take care about kids. I am happy that my kid spends her time with such wonderful people. Thanks for your care and patience.

I would give negative stars if I could. Worst child care experience I have ever been through at this facility. Lack of management, proper supervision and structure in guiding the program and children. High turn over of staff. Issues and concerns handled very poorly by manager. Very poor communication from facility and manager. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD(REN) HERE!!!!

Love this place! Our kids have been at the centre for over a year. After our small daycare closed last year, I was particulary worried about my son being in a large setting and potentially having a difficult time adjusting. My son does have challenges, but the owner and staff continue to work with us as issues arise, giving us advice and next steps along the way. My son has grown leaps and bounds with their guidance. He never wants to leave at the end of the day!!!!

We had several issues with this facility; from bias care(our little girl was in the same room as the owner's child, the owner failed on many occasions to differentiate between the roles of mother and child care facilitator) to communication issues; some issues were over communicated and others were dangerously under communicated. At one point we received a phone call from the Health Authority describing an incident that happened at the facility involving my child and a trusted care provider mishandling her. We heard about this second hand from the Health Authority, so it was news to us, several weeks after the incident, we were gobsmacked! When we reached out to the daycare, we had been informed that the two staff members that were on duty that day are no longer employed with the facility and were unable to provide comment. The owner blatantly chalked it up to a disgruntled employee. We never received the full picture on this incident. I requested all supporting documents to be provided by the daycare at that time and they failed to respond to my request. At which point, I sought legal counsel. I had asked the daycare if I can request the documents from VIHA or if I should have my lawyer do it. At which time, the daycare owner called a meeting with my partner(no correspondence was provided to me(Maternal Mother)) about any of this and our little girl was asked to leave the facility strictly because I had mentioned the legal counsel to investigate a situation that arose while my child was in their care. This proves professional incompetency and quite frankly is wildly unnerving behavior for a child care provider. Our little girl has moved on to a new facility, and with in the short period of time she has been there, she has grown in leaps and bounds and we're not running into the same issues behaviorally as we did when she attended this facility. All in all she is much happier and healthier to be out of the environment New Kids on The Block provided. Please use extreme caution with this facility. It may look nice, but the owner is a wolf in sheep clothing.

I live in the neighbourhood and can hear the children screaming every dayโ€“ even with all of my doors and windows closed. The daycare teachers do not tell the children to stop screaming, or make an effort to teach them that screaming is not ok. Since COVID began, I also have not seen the teachers (or parents) wearing masks or make an effort to practice social distancing when I have walked by during the day. I would not send my children here at all and would not recommend this place to anyone. EDIT: I am aware that I am not a customer, but I live next door and can hear what goes on at the facility all day- with children screaming and multiple stereos going at a loud volume. It is such chaotic environment and I don't know how children are expected to thrive here. I was invited over during a global pandemic and do not feel comfortable visiting this facility as no one at the facility wears masks. I have worked to mitigate the noise from your facility during operating hours myself, but you have not offered to help to mitigate the issue on your end. Instead, you cited that you have a right to the noise because you are a business and are following public health orders. You also told me that I am wrong and have noted that you can't hear the noise from the facility when you are on site. Overall, you have not been a good neighbour. There can be solutions to solve the problem but that has not been the intent of your responses. This is very disappointing that you are not understanding or willing to work with neighbours given the struggles everyone is facing during the pandemic. I feel like anyone who sends their children here or are thinking of doing so should be aware of this and your poor communication.
