★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'appelle pour Honoré une garantie sur mon kioti et à grande surprise j'apprends qui sont plus concessionnaire kioti depuis le mois de juin franchement jai compris une chose c'est même le propre vendeur qui ce nomme daniel qui ma dit de m'arranger vraiment vraiment pas très fort comme place je vous le dit si vous quelque chose à acheter la aller ailleurs pour pas avoir de surprise comme moi .
I call for Honoré a guarantee on my kioti and to great surprise I learn who are no longer a kioti dealer since the month of June frankly I understood one thing it is even the own salesman who named Daniel who told me to fix myself really really not very strong as I tell you if you buy something to go elsewhere so as not to have any surprises like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'achète un tracteur kioti neuf a 50k$ en 2020. Je leur demande de m'installer une troisième fonction pour faire fonctionner un pouce hydraulique sur mes fourches ainsi qu'une 2eme sortie d'huile à l'arrière. Le oring est pincé lors de l'installation de la sortie d'huile: grosse fuite. Le tuyau qui alimente la 3eme fonction part de la sortie d'huile et est installé sans coude donc la première fois que je relève mon 3 point, le tuyau se plie en 2 et jai failli tout briser .... Ils n'ont installé aucune valve pour gérer le débit d'huile qui va à la 3eme fonction n'a été installé donc le débit est bcp trop fort pour l'utilisation du pouce hydraulique qu'ils m'ont vendu. Heureusement ils m'ont envoyé des mécaniciens de service 3 fois pour régler ces problèmes. Depuis l'achat j'ai de la misère avec le joystick qu'ils mon installé. Je décide de l'ouvrir pour vérifier s'il y a un bris et je me rend compte qu'ils on coupé un morceau de ligne à fuel en rubber et l'on enfoncé entre le joystick et le support pour enlever le.lousse causé par une installation de vrai cabochons. Tout ça sur une machine neuve.
Je me rends chez le concessionnaires pour chercher des filtres pour une maintenance et j'apprends par un vendeur qu'ils ne vendent plus de kioti et qu'ils ne peuvent pas m'aider avec les pièces. Jamais je n'ai reçu d'appel ou de courriel pour m'aviser de ça. J'ai acheté ma machine chez eux pour la proximité et la j'suis pris à faire 1h de route pour des pièces. On m'envoie parler au gérant, il est derrière sont ordi et m'ignore. Je le questionne sur qui va honorer la garantie sur la machine neuve et d'un air bête il me dit d'aller voir le concessionnaire à maskinongé ou laurier station et ils vont sûrement s'occuper de ça...
Un conseil : réfléchissez bien avant de faire affaire avec ces incompétents. Ils devraient clairement mettre à la porte les gestionnaires de cet établissement.
I buy a new kioti tractor for $50k in 2020. I ask them to install a third function for me to operate a hydraulic thumb on my forks as well as a 2nd oil outlet at the rear. The oring is pinched when installing the oil outlet: big leak. The pipe that feeds the 3rd function leaves from the oil outlet and is installed without a bend so the first time I raise my 3 point, the pipe bends in 2 and I almost broke everything .... They did not install no valve to manage the oil flow going to the 3rd function has been installed so the flow is too strong for the use of the hydraulic thumb they sold me. Luckily they sent me service mechanics 3 times to fix these issues. Since the purchase I have trouble with the joystick they installed me. I decide to open it to check if there is a breakage and I realize that they have cut a piece of rubber fuel line and pushed it between the joystick and the support to remove the loose cause. by an installation of real cabochons. All this on a new machine.
I go to the dealers to get filters for maintenance and I learn from a salesman that they no longer sell kioti and they cannot help me with parts. I never received a call or email to let me know about this. I bought my machine from them for the proximity and I had to drive 1 hour for parts. I am sent to speak to the manager, he is behind his computer and ignores me. I ask him who is going to honor the warranty on the new machine and stupidly he tells me to go see the muskellunge or laurel station dealer and they will surely take care of that...
A word of advice: think carefully before doing business with these incompetents. They should clearly fire the managers of this establishment.
