M	M&K PEREDIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding experience very qualified office at New Beauty all done under 1.5 hrs Caree the owner used 3 machines at a time on me !! Wow that was service I even did not finish my netflix movie choice!!! When I went to a chain/franchise for my last coolsculpting session 6 body parts the chain told me they had 2 machines so I expected 2 machines to be used on me treatment was over 3.5 hours They used 1 machine for me at a time I was so sore and beat up from laying still,,,, Five Stars for New Beauty what a class act thank you Regards Maria
J	Jay Cohen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I just called this company to learn more about their product and service called Cool Sculpting. The owner named Kerry did not make me feel welcomed at all and was in a rush to get me off the phone! Lesson #1 - Do NOT answer your phone if you cannot speak to your new customers. She put me on hold and I can hear her entire conversation with her customer that she was cashing out. My background is also in retail, I use to run a successful salon for over 10 years and this is something we would train our staff not to do, and she is the owner. She then later came back on the phone, I can tell her in her tone of voice she was annoyed and did not want to take the time to answer to my questions, I felt very rushed. She then told me that she has to leave on lunch and asked if she could call me back. Seriously? I'll take my business somewhere else that will provide me with great customer service and experience. This owner is rude and unprofessional.

I went to Caree with some unsightly scarring and not only was she incredibly compassionate, professional and kind, her expertise in this area are unrivaled. Her laser therapy gave me back my confidence when I thought all hope was lost. I am so grateful to her... I am so lucky to have been referred to her myself. I highly recommend New Beauty for their competence, professionalism and warm compassionate staff.

The staff are knowledgeable, professional and their cleanliness along with sterilization procedure are very strict. I felt safe and welcomed. The results from cool sculpting is worth every penny!
