I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for over 4 years and this last experience was absolutely upsetting. I dropped off a very expensive sweater and when I came to pick it up the colour was completely faded and there was weird pilling all over the garment (it didn’t even look like the same). I brought this up with the girl at the register and she did not even try to help/handle the issue, just stood there mute until it was too awkward to do anything other than just pay for a severely damaged garment. I did not feel valued at all as a customer and will not be returning anymore.
