I've worked in digital marketing, specifically agencies, for more than a decade and I have never seen such terrible work, and I've seen some bad work in my time. The website our company paid tens of thousands for and launched in February 2022, not only looks like it is 8 years old, but is already so non-functional and broken that we have decided to eat the cost and just get it re-done through a different company. Immediately after it launched we already recognized there were issues. It was actually a plugin company that brought to our attention the dismal state of the code on the site. We are handcuffed by Net Solutions in what we can do on the site, and we can't even add basic CONTENT or format text properly. They do this intentionally (as many agencies do) to trap their clients into paying more money to fix the mess they create. Net Solutions only stands by their work with a 30-day warranty period. That says a lot. Do not give a single cent to this company.
