My experience with Nesto was great. They offer great rates and have a wonderful team. My advisor Elizabeth was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. I had a lot of questions, and she always got back to me really quickly and really helped guide me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Nesto.

Juan was amazing during our mortgage process. He went the extra mile to explain the details. Also, He got us a good deal during low rate time compared to other options. I already recommended his details and nesto to many friends.

Failure of process resulting in loosing home. Illogical requests: Requesting credit history from the time of teenage years and calling it as gap in credit history. 20 years of impeccable credit history is not sufficient with score in the excellent range. False advertisement: Advertised rates will not be given and you will be told those rates comes with heavy restrictions therefore, you are better off going with higher rates. The fine print should be in the advertisement. Lack of respect for client: Their process is unending verification to lead the client in false believe work is being done. In the end, client will be left with few days before close scrambling to find another lender who will get the job done in 48 hours to earn the business vs. nesto who can't move from one step to another in weeks. No sense of urgency: The process of your underwriting has dragged on for weeks with no end in sight and with ever increasing demand of documents and updates with illogical requests and comments such as credit score during the teenage years as a gap and asking for recent quarterly bank statement when banks has not issued one to any clients. Mental and physical health torture: Due to lack of urgency and illogical delays, I have suffered heavily this past week as the closing deadline comes near yet there was not movement in your process. The concern for clients matter does not exist in the due process. Lack of trust: Initially, as many negative reviews online has stated, your company attracts the client though promise of great rates and getting the job done. Once all documents are provided, you put your clients in a corner by wasting their time which could either result in client loosing their home or loosing their mental health while scrambling for another lender. I now have moved on with another lender who was able to complete the whole process in 48 hours and has provided a commitment letter.

The representatives at Nesto were very attentive. I had a lot, and I mean a lot of questions. The representative was very patient with me and not only answered my questions, but ensured I understood. I've had mortgages in the past, but this was our first renewal. When I was worried and had additional questions, my rep would promptly respond and subsequently calm our fears. I would definitely recommend and will most definitely use again. Thanks again!

Me and my wife bought our first house through them back in November 2021. As first time home buyers, there's no denying that we felt overwhelmed by all the new stuff related to getting a mortgage. The stress, the paper work, the back and forth communication and the little arguments with your partner of course, it all adds up! When you feel like that, there's nothing better than to have someone at your side to answer all your million questions and that person for us was Vlad from Nesto. You know when you feel like you have a stupid question and you just want to be sure you understood well so you ask it again and test their patience? Vlad was that person with his nerves of steel who helped us through all this and got us approved. They take the time to answer your calls, to reassure you and to call you back just to follow up which adds a personal touch to everything! Nothing is perfect in the world and I have to say, we had small bumps. That said and with the overall experience, I am able to close my eyes on those small bumps and I give them credits for not letting me down. Yes, we did get a good rate (lower than what you most see everywhere else) as we took their product and not from a lender that they deal with. Will I deal with them again after my first 5 years term? We were looking for rates for a renewal and found the best rates with Nesto. Samson was incredibly helpful, honest and responsive. Our existing company ended up matching their offer however it was all thanks to the effort put forth by Samson. Our circumstances worked out better to sign with our exiting lender however if our amortization was longer or we needed to borrow more, I would have definitely signed with Samson.
