★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this gem is down a sidestreet. Well staffed with helpful people. Seems always more staff than clients. Most people in West End Ottawa do not even know it exidts! Carry over from when Nepean city. Few visitors I supect if attendance checked
