Neonific

I worked with Neonific to create a custom sign for my wedding and they were amazing to work with. The sign arrived in perfect condition with clear instructions and it looked so great on the day, and it didn't take too long to come at all. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for custom neon!

Was so impressed with the level of quality in both the custom neon signs i ordered ! They even came with remotes to control brightness and stream. Would 100% recommend! Shipping was super speedy as well

Edit: Your reply to this comment reflects poor customer service and how arrogant you are. A good company knows how to take and answer a feedback, even if they don’t like it. I’ve seen how you answered his emails and it was the exact same thing. Yes, the cost for this sign with the same fonts and same size is 20 US if you buy between 1 and 9 units and less if you buy more. Not only this, but the receipt was clearly specifying seller (Alibaba). I am in a retail where we work with suppliers, I know how this is done. Only thing is we don’t oversell. Really sad I couldn’t advise him before he buys from you. Be careful when you buy from this company. My boyfriend received his neon with a receipt from Alibaba with a cost of $30 US. He paid his neon 700$.

Ari and the Neonific team were fantastic to deal with. The design process was smooth, the sign was delivered in a timely manner and the end product is great! Better than traditional neon by far! The signs are lightweight, very bright and come with a remote to alter the light settings. It is a great product. The design turned out exactly as we had hoped. I would highly recommend Neonific to anyone looking for neon-like signs.

Love our neon sign! Was really happy with the quality and price that we got it for. Really made out booth stand out at our tradeshow. Would definitely recommend.

I recently purchase a sign I'm very happy with my sign it came packaged very well it had everything I needed to hook it up immediately it worked perfectly easy to use I will refer a friend thanks a lot I appreciate the professionalism

Initially I had a good experience with this company. I had a sign made for the interior of my boutique to go behind my cash. It was very reasonably priced and was delivered in a timely manner. I loved it and still do! 2 years later I decided to order a sign for the exterior of my store. I called to make sure this was something that could be done and was assured that the sign would withstand our Canadian winters, it could be hard wire...yata yata. So I went ahead and placed my order. Shortly afterwards I was told they accidentally made a second one and that they would be happy to sell me a second sign at cost. I agreed to it. Upon receiving both of my new signs the silicone used to adhere the lettering to the acrylic backing was VERY messily gooped around all the lettering, completely unlike my original I had purchased 2 years prior. Please see images attached. I emailed the company specifically about this and no response- 3 weeks to a month went by and still nothing. By this time I desperately needed to get my sign mounted to the exterior of my retail store. I went ahead to have it mounted in hopes that once up high and lit up you wouldn't see the goopy silicone, and still hopeful that I'd hear from the company for a replacement. The electrician (certified professional) was about to mount and then he had to refuse as the sign itself did not have ANY CE Electrical Certification stickers. ONLY the electrical box, that is a separate piece, had the CE certification. I emailed the company again, now about this, and nothing. Then I sent them a more firm direct message from their website and someone FINALLY emailed me back. From there a phone conversion was had.......'my partners grandmother died'.....yata yata. I explained about the sloppy silicone and the lack of response and NOW the lack of proper CE certification. They said they only had a hand full of CE cert problems and basically to hire another electrician?? (Which I can't as it's a commercial rental and my landlord uses his hired contractors, and now my landlord is aware and concerned about the safety of the situation). Neonific did email me a cert copy with the manufacturer name blurred out, however the paperwork made no correlation to my sign, so it was immediately deemed unhelpful to the electrician. I contacted neonific to let them know that the emailed papers wouldn't' suffice and heard nothing. After another message, I finally received a phone call from the other partner of Neonific. He told me they would contact the manufacturer where they are made (OVERSEAS- confirmed by Neonific, NOT LOCALLY MADE), to see if there was anything the manufacturer could do about the certification. But regardless, because of the terrible silicone job they'd be replacing both signs free of charge. I told them, although I appreciated that, I still can't use a sign that doesn't have the proper CE certification. I asked about a refund and he told me money back is not their policy. He assured me he'd contact me in a couple days. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS OR MORE TO DATE AND I STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYBODY. I EVEN MESSAGED THEM A FEW DAYS AGO LETTING THEM KNOW I'D BE WRITING A REVEIW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. NOTHING! I currently have 2 botched signs that I cannot use as intended, and this company has made little to no effort to rectify the situation. Initially they will be very accommodating and good to communicate while making a sale, but forget any kind of customer service after the fact. They have their money now. I've had to cut my loses (which is a lot of money during covid). I will NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ....Since writing this review I have received a full refund.

I have had the best experience working with Neonific! Andre responded to all my emails quickly, and was happy to make all of the modifications I asked for. I cannot be happier with the result!!
