★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Good facilities. But I'd be sure to lock your stuff up. More than one pair of shoes and coats have gone missing. But other than that, decent gym. Has a steam room and sauna. Whirl pool and what not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an experience with a very rude and (in my opinion) unprofessional staff member at front desk which put a damper on the remainder of my day. But other than that, fantastic complex. May be worth checking if every facility (sauna/steam/hot tub) is operational before going, if you have to drive in from out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility, programs and employees are just fine. The management is lacking. They have done a poor job adapting to COVID, the online registration system leaves a lot to be desired, and they cancel programs often due to poor planning.
The childcare programs this summer have had poor communication, been frequently cancelled or changed with limited notice, and management has pressured parents to cancel their registration to better suit the facility.
The nelson youth center offers much more reliable and thought out childcare-check with them first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff gave me cancellation fee even though I live out of town and it was due to bad weather and a busted all wheel drive on my car where in the past others would give me a credit. Boo on service. Great pool and facilities though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This center is an absolute joke. They continuously fail to update the website with hours they are open and for what type of swim. Website says 6-7pm but. This is my familys 5th time arriving and not being able to swim because the posted schedule is completly different from what they are saying at the front desk. In 4 years i have nit been able to speak to an actual person on the phone ever when calling.
