Made some stops, and the car stalled. Called up Nello from my hotel. They were near closing, but he had me bring it by for a look. Nello diagnosed the problem quickly, and recommended a fix. He also told me I should be fine to drive home, and fix it with my own mechanic. True gentleman. I'm glad I don't absolutely have to complete the repairs here, but I would have been 100% comfortable doing so.

Once my car started showing problems that I thought the dealership should've caught I decided to look elsewhere. Nello's has great reviews here so I gave it a shot. I took my car for an oil change this morning and my first impression based on the experience was terrific. Nello seems like a very honest guy and was willing to answer my questions patiently. He already had a handful of clients at 8 am, which I think is a testament to his customer loyalty. Will definitely be going back!

I had my catalytic converter stolen while staying at a nearby hotel, he managed to fit me in the same day, sourced a part very quickly and performed a repair so we could drive home. He kept us informed the entire time of what he was doing and the prices were extremely reasonable. If I lived in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to make this location my regular mechanic. Thank you Nello for the repairs you did!
