★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nell is incredibly in-comprehensive. Getting answers or solutions from him is like pulling teeth. Most recent, I called to set an appointment through the secretary asking if I needed a referral to see a podiatrist, she said yes so I went ahead and set it up. I show up, he plays with my foot a bit and tells me what it might be, then sends me off with a card for happy soles and some ones personal number on the back... neither of which are podiatrists and only deal with superficial skin and nail related issues when he understood the issue is IN the tendon or muscle, which could potentially need surgery... his words. I’m just so tired of the way I’m left to feel after a visit with him, he treats me like an idiot and gives little to no direction for improvement. He’s a doctor, he’s literally supposed to look out for the well being of his patients, but rather leaves me stressed and disgruntled every time I need help.
