Fair, transparent, and engaging. I'm a car enthusiast and he often takes time to show me the parts he's replaced and explain any questions I have. He's never tried to upsell me anything and on numerous occasions has told me that parts can wait before being replaced. He's a very knowledgeable mechanic, and a good guy. Support this local small business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neil automotive have been servicing my vehicle for many years now. I had them do a Pre-purchase inspection on a used car from a dealership in Calgary. While it seemed redundant to have second look on what appeared to be clean car, they showed me things that the dealership didn’t note. Well worth my time and money. Keep up the good work!

I called him and he was able to get me in the same day and resolve the issue. I find Neil's Automotive extremely honest & knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a good experience repairing our VW new beetle with Neil, In other shop they said that I need to replace all brakes and rotors (front and rear) due the conditions , after Neil seeing he told us it’s not necessary to replace all since only the front ones need replacement saving me some money, A honest mechanic and fair price.
I recommend Neil Automotive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first time servicing my vehicle at this shop and I have to say Neil’s Automotive is one of the best shops I have been to. I will definitely go back if I need more repairs and would 10/10 recommend to anyone needing repairs or servicing. They are transparent and honest with you regarding your vehicle and what it needs done, which in my opinion is hard to find. They will not tell you you need something that you don’t need. They do great quality work, the staff are just all around excellent.
