★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andre, and especially Kerri, have made refinancing my mortgage a frustrating and stressful experience. They spelled my name wrong on all documents, set the wrong closing date, demanded unnecessary documents, and nearly caused the land purchase I'm trying to fund to fall through. Kerri was very rude and condescending throughout the process. Simple things like "when does this have to be signed?" were met with snarky responses that did not even answer the question.
