★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard my sister speak to a instructor over the phone and immediately she came off as rude, impatient, just unprofessional overall. She cuts you off, is not understanding, and speaks over you the entire time. She does not have any customer service skills and I would not recommend her services to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I 100% would NOT recommend this studio to anyone. The instructor is completely unprofessional and does not know how to run a proper business in which satisfies her customers/clients.
To begin, over the phone she confirmed a date in which I can use her studio space, I made sure to tell her I was booking time off from work to use the space as well as my friends. She even told me “it is 110% confirmed don’t worry”. She was understanding of my previous bad experiences with other studio spaces and agreed to receive the payment after. She has my phone number and full name and can contact me whenever. On the day of I called her and she lied saying I did not confirm a booking with her as well as lying about agreeing to accept payment afterwards not before. She got into an argument with me over the phone and spoke over me the entire time; she does not allow you to have a voice. She then hung up on me when she got upset and refused to take anymore of my calls and text messages. She wasted my friends and I’s precious time that day! She only cares about getting money from you. Please DO NOT come here.
