NEES Consulting was founded by Brad Nielsen in 2000 as Nielsen Electrical Engineering Services, a sole proprietorship. President and Principal Engineer, Brad Nielsen, is a Professional Engineer and Journeyman Electrician with 35 years of engineering experience in Electrical Power Distribution at voltage levels from 480 V to 230 kV.
Nielsen Electrical Engineering Services was incorporated as 101166929 Saskatchewan Ltd in 2010.
In 2012, 101166829 Saskatchewan Ltd secured a multi-year Master Engineering Services Agreement with SaskPower and subsequently built the engineering team to the 15 members it is today. 10116689 Saskatchewan Ltd rebranded and began operating as NEES Consulting in 2015. NEES Consulting Ltd currently has offices in Saskatoon and Regina. The Company is owned by Brad and Wendy Nielsen.
