They don't even deserve 1 star.. People please think before you go to this store. Too much attitude and now see that the two sisters are split and hired a new girl who have no knowledge of pricing and tells you the very high price. they take money in advance and will not deliver the item on time saying got stuck in customs. that's a very good excuse they tell all the customers. BEWARE when you go to this shop.

I ordered stuff form them, prices were very high so you expect high quality service. They forgot part of my order, colors were wrong and service was not of any quality. Owner kept calling her sister and now wouldn't refund our money. I noticed most of the real actual reviews are negative other than the ones written by her and her sister (thanks to one customer) I also notices a few positive (5 star) reviews showed recently then and I looked deeper into them to analyze the positive one and found out these appear to be incorrect reviews as the people giving 5 stars to this business are also giving 5 start to 13 to 27 other businesses LOL!!!, There are four reviews are like that. please read them carefully and don't be FOOLED. In my view, this business doesn't even deserve one star.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience at this showroom was beyond devastating and can't help but share for the next bride. We absolutely loved all the outfits that this showroom had to offer but once we selected our outfit - and asked for it to be made to size, they took a deposit and said it would be ready before my wedding. Taking a step back, this outfit was for my aunt which she was planning to wear at my wedding in July 2018. And the outfit wasn't cheap - $650!!! We placed the order in April and were told it would take 6-8 weeks. When the time came to receive the outfit, we were told there was no order placed! W T F - we were all very devastated. Then they said, the outfit will be here in two weeks. We took their word for it and waited two weeks, got in touch with them again and they said the outfit was stuck in customs, we should receive it in a few days. Few days passed - we received no call about the outfit and no one picked up our call either. We then went into the showroom, again they said that the outfit was still stuck in customs, now we were only two weeks away from my wedding. They still guaranteed that they would have our outfit. With all the frustration, a week and a half before the wedding - we asked to have our deposit back (which they surprisingly gave back without hesitation, concerning right?!) and scrambled to find another outfit for my aunt. Wedding planning is already very stressful and when vendors put you through such a horrible experience, I can't help but think why. We not once spoke to them in a rude tone, we just wanted our outfit - that's all. Just upsetting - if they couldn't get us the outfit, we would have liked to know sooner rather than later. If I could, I wouldn't have given even one star but needed to share my experience for the next girl walking into the store assuming they will get an outfit made at all.

My sister in law bought an outfit, It Ripped on first wear within first couple of hours. First we could not get hold for feedback, but they did own upto the poor stitching job and design. Very poor customer service, that's out experience. No discount or refund offered. Its Indian Punjabi outfit boutique, custom design, with some great selection of outfits , lots to choose from the racks. FIXED price !! Pricing $$$ - $$$$. They do custom fitting once prior to order placement. Outfit usually ready in 5 to 6 weeks. They do not have on site tailor, so once the order is done, anything else that needs fixing on outfit will cost extra. They will not refund or repair!! They do carry a very small selection of jewelry too. Call ahead or make an appointment. I would not suggest this place.

Would not recommend. Suits are over priced and poor quality. My mom purchased a $565 suit, and it had some painted component that started falling off. We went to request a refund and at the very least a repair or exchange, but they wouldnt listen. They told us this happened because the suit was "new", and we had to wait a week for the paint component to settle, which is total nonsense. She wore the suit after 5 weeks. This is a place that thinks it can charge designer level prices, but gives you a VERY CHEAP product.

This was one of the worste experiences I've ever had. By the looks of it, it's run by a mother daughter duo who really have zero customer service skills in a shop filled with mediocre outfits. The older lady especially was rude and classist. I do not recommend this shop unless you're looking to be to talked down to and mocked.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I am getting married in September 2022 and brought my mom, 2 aunts, and my cousin to shop for outfits. When we walked into the store, there were two young ladies at the counter who didn't even greet us hello when we walked in. We looked around and saw some really nice ones but again none of the workers got off their butts to ask if we needed any help. They were too busy looking at whatever was going on outside. They lost out on potentially 4 sales due to their lack of customer service skills. Its a shame that we as customers who are paying a lot of money for these kinds of outfits (cause they aren’t cheap) and this is the service that the workers present. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
