I love that I can book appointments online, the prices are extremely reasonable so I'm able to get more bang for my buck through my extended health benefits. The high-quality service, extremely knowledgeable, the atmosphere is so relaxing. I can't say enough good things and I highly recommend anyone to go and see Melissa at Needle or Knot!

She is well priced, and goes above and beyond with her massages. Needle or Knot will be my “go to” for massage and acupuncture in the future!

She is so sweet and easy to talk to and her studio is always very clean and easy to relax in. Wether for cupping, acupuncture or massage, I have always left feeling amazing. Her studio also always smells soo good and if I could give her 10 stars I would!! I can't wait for my next massage with her :) .
