I have been receiving deep tissue massages from Rosline for several years now and she has been able to thoroughly pinpoint the cause of my pain and discomfort. I have had two massages from Rosline so far, and am going back for a third. After my first massage, my colleagues literally told me I looked different the next morning! I had a delayed (approx. 24 hours) full-body emotional release after my first session, and since my second I've had a range of motion back in both my neck and my ankle where I didn't even know I was locked up with adhesions (which were who-knows how many months or years old).
I'm an artist, a writer, and a tree planter, which means I have a lot of experience abusing my body with repetitive movement and punishing extremes. I've also suffered from depression, obesity, and eating disorders since childhood, and Ros listened to all of my issues and constructed a complete and holistic treatment plan which I will stick to long after our massage sessions finish up! She's extremely knowledgeable, a critical thinker, and a warm and welcoming presence. I really feel like I've found a gem! Thanks for everything, Ros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My body, especially my back and thoracic cage suffered from years of stress and psychological trauma (divorce for 4 years, loss of a family member...). I tried many different alternative therapies ranging from psychotherapy to chiropractic to pills, but the progress was very slow.
I felt very safe and confident with Rosline. Her expertise in a variety of approaches, modalities and advanced techniques in myoskeletal alignment is evident and she was able to apply different techniques to correct each individual area that created my issues.
She is a passionate believer in movement, stretching, lots of joint work and deep breathing. Her approach allowed my body to release trauma, relax, and get rid of the tensions in a way that hasn't been possible before. My posture, movements and breathing improved significantly.
Simply put, Rosline has had a huge impact on my recovery and my life. I wholeheartedly recommend Rosline as a professional not only as a manual therapist but also as a very knowledgeable mind/body therapist.

The term "bodywork" is perfect for her techniques, because they pinpoint tensions you didn't even know you had! If you're looking for spa style swedish superficial strokes, you may be disappointed.
