Résultat: une douche et plusieurs milliers de dollars plus tard, rien n'était étanche, et il a fallu tout recommencer. Nous avons confié la reprise du chantier à NB Rénovation, et c'est parfait: non seulement tout est réussi techniquement, mais ils sont aussi très doués pour la finition et l'aspect esthétique du rendu final, chose rare dans le métier. Faire appel à NB Rénovation c'est l'assurance d'un travail extrêmement bien exécuté, dans une totale transparence et avec beaucoup d'écoute pour les besoins du client. Je recommande à 200 % ;) Nicolas and his team got us out of a bad situation: we had hired (on referrals) a handyman for our bathroom. Result: a shower and several thousand dollars later, nothing was waterproof, and we had to start all over. We entrusted the resumption of the site to NB Rénovation, and it is perfect: not only is everything technically successful, but they are also very good at the finish and the aesthetic aspect of the final result, something rare in the trade. J'ai apprécié chez Nicolas sa connaissance du métier, le souci du travail bien fait (le compas dans l'oeil), et l'écoute nos préoccupations et souhaits en tant que clients. Face à chaque nouveau défi (ils sont nombreux lorsqu'on ouvre des murs anciens) j'étais au courant et impliqué dans les options possibles et leurs avantages/inconvénients, afin de trouver la solution idéale pour nous. Nicolas était également ouvert à adopter nos propositions lorsqu'elles étaient pertinentes, ou à s'en servir pour proposer une solution encore meilleure. En plus d'une nouvelle maison, ce fut aussi tout un apprentissage sur les méthodes et techniques de construction. Je les recommanderais sans hésiter. I had the opportunity to work with Nicolas and his team for major renovations for several months. I appreciated Nicolas's knowledge of the profession, his concern for a job well done (with a compass in his eye), and listening to our concerns and wishes as customers. Faced with each new challenge (there are many when you open old walls) I was aware and involved in the possible options and their advantages / disadvantages, in order to find the ideal solution for us. Nicolas was also open to adopting our proposals when they were relevant, or to use them to come up with an even better solution.
