★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schedule is meant to be broken. Each morning and afternoon approx wait time is somewhere between 2-20 mins. And after 20mins 3 buses are coming next to each other. This line is a chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the most unreliable bus in Vancouver. 2-3 buses southbound will pass before 1 northbound bus comes along. I am often late for work and it’s a pretty pathetic excuse for public transportation that gets more expensive every year. I have never experienced this anywhere else in the world. Please do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #17 bus us the most unreliable bus I have been on in the whole system! I have never written a report in any bus but this one I only take coming home, when I have the time to wait. Sometimes there are 2 #17’s at the same stop following each other. Duh!!
Change the schedule to create more time or change the drivers, who seem to be great, by the way
