I have been going to Nav for 10 years! She is great! NEVER ever once had a bad experience with her, she is a very lovely woman, always great service ?

I just discovered this through her Yelp reviews. I've never had threading that didn't hurt at all. She was great and didn't make my eyebrows too skinny. I'd definitely go back

Navs is good. She is professional and honest. She also accommodates people who wear a headscarf. This salon isn't open anymore. She now rents a chair at another nearby hairdresser.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! My friend and i were supposed to get our hair cuts today so I called in advance to see how much it would cost since I was only getting a two inch trim. She told me it would be around $25 but she couldn’t say for sure and that I had to come in. So she booked me an appointment for the next day right before my friend. When I got there she told me she couldn’t change her price and that she would charge $25. Then she made a deal that she would cut my hair and my friend’s hair for $22 each. Keep in mind, I wanted a 2 inch trip and my friend was getting 10+ INCHES CHOPPED OFF. Seeing that she was clearly over charging my cut, I decided not to get my hair cut. To which she responded with, “are you new to Canada? People don’t do that here.” Regardless of how long I’ve lived here, that is not appropriate to say to a customer and SO RUDE!! When she began to cut my friend’s hair, she would not listen to what she wanted. Knowing the cut my friend wanted I was trying to tell Nav where my friend wanted what. And she responded with “I don’t want to hear what you have to say.” AGAIN, RUDE! I KNEW WHAT MY FRIEND WANTED AND SHE WAS NOT LISTENING TO MY FRIEND NOR ME. SHE CUTS HAIR THE WAY SHE WANTS NOT WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS! In the end, she cut my friend’s hair SUPER uneven and as we were walking out, she said, QUOTE, “next time you come, don’t bring your friend.” To my friend. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! SO RUDE! ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL!! WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK AND IM FILING A COMPLAINT! STRAIGHT OUT HARASSMENT!! NEVER GO HERE!!!!

IMPORTANT: OK SO, i got my haircut today and she LITERALLY did not listen to me and was rude to me and my friend the ENTIRE time :) she always cuts your hair the way she wants to and acts like she knows so much about hair but NO! she only knows how to cut layers. i wanted a straight cut all around and she wouldn't do it, instead she gave me a U cut! when my friend was trying to tell me what my hair looked like but she kept interrupting her and never let her finish her sentence. she said that she didn't want to listen to what my friend had to say. she didn't even show me what my hair looked like before she started blow drying. as she was blow drying my hair she also began SLAPPING my head. i wanted it a little shorter so she began cutting my hair again but this time she made the back UNEVEN!!! my hair is not what i wanted and im undeniably upset over it. ALSO, as I was Leaving she said, AND I QUOTE, "Next time you come, don't bring your friend". SO RUDE, AND ACTUAL HARASSMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, AND I AM NEVER GOING BACK. NO STARS

I wish I could give 10 stars. I've been coming to Nav for a few years and she's the only one who I let touch my eyebrows. She is a sweetest and truly makes you feel like family almost. Her service is top notch.

Nav is the best! She gives a great haircut and she's been threading my eyebrows for 8 years! If you want to have someone who actually cares about her clients, give her a call!

I have been going for haircuts and getting my eyebrows done now for over 10 years. This woman is not only polite she is very good at listening to what I want unlike some other hairdressers that do what they think will look good on you. I would recommend nav to anyone.
