★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst law firm. 1 star as I can’t give negative rating. Navdeep Singh works as a commission agent. We are not first time home buyer. We know and understand how it works. His fees depends on the value of the property. He’ll add all the charges and say it’s courier, fax and what not. Really??? Simple straight property search doesn’t cost $1000. And he’ll play a trick by telling all these charges a day before your closing as he knows you can’t do anything at that time. If you are buying a property he’ll charge $5000-$7000 and well of course his commission increases if the property value is higher
