J	John R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY nice and friendly staff, you get money back whenever you show up and scan your membership card, has nice changing rooms, has many racquetball courts, has many machines and mats, has many different group classes on a rotating schedule and has optional sessions with either a personal trainer or a nutritionist. Go. Here.

Friendly staff, never too packed, clean, great atmosphere and the clientele is also very friendly ! I made some amazing friends via this gym! I also love Maryse's Zumba classes ! I come for a work out every time I visit Montreal. Strongly recommend this gym ??
I	Igor Krucko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the phone I asked if they did rent equipment for squash They do, but one of the only two racquet they had available, had completely torn webbing The lady at the front desk was nice and offered us to use an equipment designed for a different sport The squash room itself is ok, but very poor ventilation, and dirty A lot of dirt and hair balls in the corner :/ It was a trial for me, 50$, and from what I understand they do not focus on this sport there, but they do offer it, which is rare in the region The person at the front desk did what they could but it would have been better if they said they don’t rent equipment, instead of saying they do, and it’s broken :/ Still 3 stars, because I had fun But please improve communication and quality of infrasctructure
A	Alfred Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is okay. The customer service is terrible, it's a cash grab. 36 days after your annual subscription, you won't be able to get a refund. It's impossible. They will force you to pay until your subscription is over, even if you don't go to the gym anymore. Also, during the Covid period ( gym closed ), they continued to charge the customers on a recurring basis. It's a terrible cash grab!!! New comers be warned.

A	Alex Bah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service coupled with incompetent staff. I was in Quebec on a business trip and took advantage of the weekend to see family in Rive-Sud. There is a free 1-day, yet I was not allowed in the gym without a Quebec QR Code. Using my Federal & Provincial issued Vaccination Passports, I was able to go to various Restaurants and Bars in Montreal. Unfortunately, the staff member and management were reluctant to allow me access to this 1-day free trial. The day before the incident, I spoke with an individual by the name of Sarah. Sarah spoke to several other locations which informed her it should not be a problem come tomorrow. Sarah is a prime example of exemplary staff, using her resources and not jumping to conclusions like Sunday's staff. Do not attend the gym if you are out of province.
K	Kevin Smale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: One cool thing in the Nautilus app you can see is the gym's capacity, but be warned that this capacity does not in any way reflect where said capacity is. So you can see say 50% capacity, go inside, and find out that say 30%-40% of said capacity is all using up the benches and popular weight machines so now you still have to wait. I've had to wait 10-20 minutes for equipment to free up at times as there are only about 4-5 weight benches for free weights. Fairly large gym, clean, and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of classes and stuff available to do. Only real downside is some of the equipment is dated, from the 80s and early 90s. That and there's very few options in terms of abdominal machines seen at other gyms. The flex plan is great though if you go a lot.
