★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved what's available in Nature Sante and have tried to visit whenever I was in the city as I live in the West Island. I was so excited when I found out they deliver to my area! I ordered some groceries for delivery and had a wonderful experience, two of my items where out of stock and I was notified and refunded right away.
I think it would be really great to maybe get a more solid delivery time as the window was about five hours. I would also love for the search options on the website to be narrowed down a bit more, for example a button for just vegan chocolate or vegan cheese as I accidently bought some chocolate with dairy in it (it was my mistake for thinking the entire Unreal brand was vegan, opps).
I'm so thankful for all they have to offer and how accessible they make their groceries.

The team is very responsive and eager to help, regardless of the issue you might be facing. And the selection of products is just endless, if you start "just browsing", you will be on the website for hours! You've been warned ;)

However, sometimes the driver doesn't drop it off at my door(I live in an apartment) and I don't get a notification about where/when it was left in the lobby. I would appreciate it if there was some communication if it's not able to be dropped off at my door. Otherwise, you guys are the BEST in Montreal and I love shopping with you!

Last time my Delivery was going to be late due to Covid and lack of staff, detailed email was sent to explain this very early. Also responds quickly to emails etc and doubled checked that every thing went smoothly. You can tell this business is operated by caring people?

They have a wide selection of products: snacks, supplements, protein powders, etc.
I follow a paleo diet, and they have pretty much everything I need to stock my pantry up.
My favourite part is that they offer same-day delivery within Montreal if you order before a certain time. This service is free if your purchase is worth more than 60$.
The delivery was spotless. I received constant alerts/notifications. This is very useful especially if you have any perishable items you wouldn’t want to leave outside during the warmer times of the year.
Everything was well-packaged & they included an ice-pack for extra protection.
Superb service!

It was noticed the carrier is very rough with handling of the package. It resulted in some indentation of the product packaging and breaking of seal of the package shipped.
