Maria took the time to understand my concerns and make a plan that narrowed down what I needed to work on, she was clear and easily accessible if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking to get down to the root cause of your health concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this clinic!! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is very friendly. What I love most is that this is a multidisciplinary clinic that uses several modalities - basically a one stop shop for your alternative health needs! Naturopathic medicine gets to the root cause of your health issues and doesn't just treat the symptoms which is key. Ever since I started seeing Dr. Maria I feel as if I have gotten my life back. She's very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I would definitely recommend Nature's Touch to anyone seeking Naturopathic Care.

But Dr. Maria figured out all my health issues on my first one on one consultation, even it was on video call because of COVID-19. She explained me in detail and told me the simple things to follow in my daily routine and within one week I saw the difference. My health improved a lot. Dr. Maria is very knowledgeable, very professional and caring. She totally changed my life, because I had lots of pain before. I got my life back because of Dr. Maria. I don't think I have enough words to explain how great she is. She is the only doctor for me . Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Maria has been instrumental in my healing! My hormonal imbalance led to many symptoms, one of which landed me in the ER. My family doctor and OBGYN really did not invest the level of care and time that I thought they would, they wanted to drown me in their 'one-size-fits-all' approach to medical care and Dr. Maria was the only doctor who gave me hope. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She assessed EVERYTHING!!! Through patience and a dedication to her passion; I felt heard, seen and validated. Even when I had to vent, Dr. Maria held space for me to do so. She saw through all my symptoms and understood that I was reacting out of desperation. She checked on me almost every day until I started getting better then it was once a week. Dr Maria helped me to rebuild my confidence in my body and my ability to heal through natural medicine. I cannot thank her enough for seeing me through this!
I would recommend anyone to take the time and truly allow herbs and naturopathy to work for you. Our bodies are amazing and it is Western medicine that has conditioned us to believe in urgency and quick fixes. I know that some cases may need urgent attention but, in my humble opinion, long term care would be best with a naturopathic doctor.
