★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Natural Instincts do a shower surround install. It was quoted as a 4-day job. The tile job was terrible (chipped tiles, cut edges on the inside, the metal trim was put on wrong, etc). We think the tile guy was subcontracted, however when we told Natural Instincts they argued it was fine, until we sent pictures and outlined how it was wrong. Cory said he would fix it but after weeks of nothing being done he finally said he took another job where he was making more money and ours wasn't worth doing. He could have at least told us he wasn't coming back, as at this point it was 4 weeks later. He said we could keep the money we owed him... but it cost more to fix the job, as everything needed to be ripped out and re-done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this guy! where should I begin, the outside unit of air-condition is not working and the first time he replaced the fan for me, year later same problem and he replaced the fan again. The third year same thing happened I called a different company and turns out it was just the breaker, but the owner Cory did not tell me anything just kept replace it over and over.
About 6 months ago the water heater is leaking water from the pressure valve, call him and got it replaced. It was still leaking water the next day, called him like 20 times and left number of voice message, no respond at all. tried to email him no respond either (found out later that all my email that I send to him went to his junk email, but I am using sasktel email there shouldn't be any problem) (also found out later that he kept saying there is something wrong with my water heater but he never came in to check it again) ignored all my text message, phone calls, voice message, email. will never use this guy again.
And if you are looking for responsible plumbing company go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first had to call them to install a backflow valve as well as upgrade some water lines that were too small and relocate a water meter that wasn't where it was supposed to be. they did it quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. Then my AC decided to stop working. The company sent somebody to quickly diagnose and repair it. Again the prices are really good and great communication. I recommend using them.

Cory's price was very competitive, additionally i had Natural Instinct complete some plumbing jobs (install dishwasher, run water line to garage for fridge). Overall very pleased with the level of service and happy to support a local company. Will recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy did a full install of all heating cooling and plumbing of all components in a new house. Air con blew up after 3 months of use and he refused to deal with it forcing me to call another contractor. Constant problems with water heater and furnace isn't capable of keeping house warm when really cold. No warranty assistance for all my brand new equipment. He has blocked my phone and refuses to fix the problems. Fly by night operator that once you have paid him that will be the last you hear from him.

Our bathroom vanity was nearly falling off the wall, so we decided to purchase a new one. Natural Instinct came and removed the old vanity, and installed a new vanity that included a new tap. We were very happy with their quick and excellent service and we love the new sink!

He found us an excellent product at a good price and installed it into our existing structure in a timely manner without any problems at all. He was quick to respond to texts, phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend Cory to anyone. It was so easy to do business with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cory and his crew installed a gas fireplace for us. He arranged for all the necessary trades required to install a fireplace. The workmanship was outstanding and the installation went very smoothly. In a matter of a couple of days he had the fireplace installed, all the brick work completed
and the TV placement done. He, as well as his crew, were very friendly and efficient and made sure all clean up was completed including removing all trash, etc. We are very pleased with the completed product and would highly recommend Natural Instinct for all your plumbing needs.
