They have a wide selection of very nice furniture. The customer service is top notch. Bill himself wrapped and loaded my furniture, even though we arrived after posted hours. He was very thorough with the paperwork and checking the furniture for damage, so there were no surprises. This is a great place to buy from and I highly recommend them.

As soon as I walked through the door I was "met" by a chime and hand sanitizer! I look to left and I saw 2 gentlemen and was acknowledged by Bilal (Bill) and Kale. It was so refreshing to see "Dress for Success" Head to toe: Grooming, Wardrobe AND Polished Shoes. Professional Attitude including: Friendliness, Courteous, Respectful and ABOVE all: Honesty and Integrity! I wanted my OWN twin mattress (for a few years now!). I made 2 visits. On the first visit I explained "No money today, it's coming, I just want to check out the twin mattresses available" and I was given choices and I checked out 2 mattresses only. No frame or box spring, customer decision/choice! And then left. A couple of days latter ... 2nd visit...there was the same greeting as the first time and after exchanging "Hellos"..I stated: "Money not here, just a different day and feel, so checking out the mattresses again." Kale and Bill laughed and understood and I was given my privacy. All the while ensuring that if my voice was audible, Kale (or Bill) was there to answer any questions. Then it happens Saturday Oct 30/21...Money is here! 3rd visit, decide on my mattress...high quality, warranty etc. So ... I, (not Kale or Bill) ...Decide to also get a box spring. NO pressure to buy! Kale did not Recommend (Pressure) that I buy the box spring, but once I decided to, they gave me the positives and agreement to my choice. NOW: Delivery!!! (most of us want our purchases "Yesterday!!!lol) and at 11:30 am I asked Kale:" Delivery When?" And Bill answered TODAY!...Done deal!!! 11:36 am Papers are signed. 12:15 pm receive a call that the delivery is on it's way. 12:30 pm ,Two extremely polite, courteous men deliver and set up my mattress and box spring. By 12:50 pm ALL wrappings are cleared away and then I was asked to "Check it out and did I approve, or did anything need adjusting?" I walked into my bedroom and for a nanosecond I was in the showroom and then realized: This is MY bedroom, MY bed and I dropped to my knees to Praise the Creator for my blessing...and my eyes leaked out "Tears of Joy". I realized later that this is the First Purchase that from the Beginning, Middle and to the End, It felt: "Right"...now that I actually have the purchase it feels even: "Righter" My cat Galaxy ... Instant Approval (even though he was not allowed on the mattress until it was covered lol) Thank you Kale and Bill for Excellent service, Honesty, Integrity, Respect. Totally 100% Satisfied. My wife and I have never in our lives had such a wonderful and perfect service from Billal and his father Jerry. Two wonderful people. Bill was absolutely terrific. He even came over to our home to have a look at how our recliner sofa would fit. He gave us valuable advice on decorating and colour etc. Some furniture we bought didn't fit right. Billal and his father Jerry took it all back and helped us pick out a better fit. Such full, complete and compassionate service. I can't say enough great things about these folks. Go see them. You won't be disappointed.
