★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Mobility in Motion on Monday as my 93 year old mother needs a new walker as we were told by certain professionals that her current walker isn't very good. The salesman I dealt with in the past and who came to my mother's home through referral from Fraser Health remembered who my mother was and refused to sell her a walker stating her mobility is really bad, which we already know but we only need the walker for her to walk short distances as well as trying to still keep her somewhat mobile. As her physiotherapist stated if she just sits she will deteriorate quickly. I am doing the best I can as her caregiver and some of the comments he made were completely uncalled for. As long as this salesman is still there I wont return. There are others who will help me. Very hurt by his attitude.

Marcia is also such an asset to the company. She went above and beyond with customer service with keeping us informed.
