We needed ink fingerprints, but I do not understand why this should be don on the legal size paper, because they should not be folded and finding an envelope for them is very bothersome. Irony, in this center, no envelope for this size were available!
H	Hang Lu Su on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The president Nicole was pretty condescending to me when I asked her if they could destroy my fingerprint after the RCMP record check for a visa. It was nothing personal, just didn't feel safe having a 3rd party keeping this data, and I wish the attitude about it was much more professional, given how vulnerable all computer systems are (I have done studies in Computer Science). Felt like she didn't take security (or concerns about it) seriously which is a scary sign for a business like that.

R	Ryan Hennessy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first, my pardon was granted, so I got what I wanted, and what I paid for, and I'm happy with the results. I can't give five stars because: 1) while they were able to re-use my fingerprints and photograph from an earlier clearance letter application, they weren't willing to discount that portion of the price 2) they filled out the local police record check form incorrectly; the police clerk caught the error, but who knows what the outcome might have been otherwise 3) the sales process included a promise that they could write the 'measurable benefits letter' for me, if I wanted; that was never offered when we actually got to that phase of the process

Staff was friendly and walked me through the process of an 80800 I needed to be approved for a job. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Everyone was wearing masks, social distancing and using sanitizer.

y	yzr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their attitude is good, however their fingerprinting service is not so professional. I did FBI fingerprint twice with them and neither was accepted by the FBI. The FBI officer said the fingerprint wasn't complete. It was not because I used too much sanitizer. I ended up finding a digital fingerprinting service in Toronto and it worked (and cheaper). So even though this place did the second set of fingerprints for free because the first didn't work, it still wasted my time and money, twice. (considering the FBI request fee, shipping fee and time )
