Prices are a little up there, I was told to it would be ready in 2 hours, came back and waited 3 more hours.

Ali is the best and most professional muffler shop around, incredible job, good price, I strongly recommend him. I'm his customer since 2003.

I had gone to quick muffler on dufferin Street south of Lawrence after having taken my vehicle to my auto mechanic for other issues. I knew there was something wrong with the exhaust and so I pulled in there cuz I was in the area&they had many great reviews. They told me that, I needed two separate sections of my exhaust changed and the total with tax would have been just slightly under $600 which did not sound anything like what my mechanic advised me of . I told him and he said no that's not true and he gave me a reference to national muffler and brake and his contact name Ali. I went to see Ali and am so glad that I did because after putting it up on the hoist and examining it he called me over to show me the situation with the exhaust from front to back and the one area closer to the back definitely needed changing and also the hanger that holds up the muffler and tailpipe at the back needed to be welded back because it had come loose the other area up front was more like a very microscopic pinhole he advised me that what would be the best thing to do is to change the part at the back then bring it down on the hoist start it up listen to it and then give my opinion as to whether that was okay or whether the other part needed changing because it was too loud? we did that and you would never know that there was anything up front. I mean literally it sounded perfect and I said we'll leave it at that and it cost me $250 and as a bonus (which makes it even better) he told me that, it'll probably be a year maybe even 2 years depending on how much you drive before that area up front will get to the point where it will need to be changed and when it does,if you bring it back to me I'll do it for 100 bucks. I was treated with total respect, total honesty, total transparency and I will totally recommend anyone who has any exhaust issues with their vehicle to not bother going anywhere else go straight to Ali at national muffler and you will be treated the same way
