The reason this company is around isn't what you think it was, you see their logo on a marketing sign and you think you are going to get peace of mind when you purchase a new home. This company is supposed to represent not only the Homeowner who buys a home with a 2-5-10, but the home builder who has paid fees to have an insurance company to take care of them. I have had the the displeasure of dealing with Chad Palmer for many years and he clearly doesn't know anything about customer service. Missed emails and missed calls, with no real answers back until you keep pestering him for a reply you get an industry jargon filled response. I had used Pacific Home Warranty once a few years before in a 16 townhouse multi-family complex but still had the loyalty to go back to National after the great customer service I had received from Pacific. After my final phone call with Chad this week, clearly we were too small of a fish for him and he just wants big developers. He didn't care nor did he ask what my side of the story was, as the great Desus Nice once said you should always hear both sides before coming to any preconceived judgments. Remember how you got your start National, we had been with you guys for over 18 years according to the earliest file I could find. Don't believe me? Top executives at National created a coup and created their own brand because of the dysfunction that is National Home Warranty. Well Chad and National, good riddance I will be just fine even though, "it doesn't make sense for us since you are only making two houses a year" as you put it. The best part of it was I kept all our conversations in email for continuity sake, but you purposely called me to give me an answer.
