★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were camping on the island and I broke my wrist badly. After the local hospital set the arm in a cast I needed to get home for surgery the next day. As we set out, our 2013 Outback suddenly started running roughly and multiple engine warning lights flashed. Acme gave us their first available appointment during a very busy day. The diagnosed cylinder 5 was misfiring. They worked as fast as they could to replace the parts and we were able to make it home safely. A very big thanks to all the staff who made this happen.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a reliable, honest and reasonable care of their vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable! Amazing! The most honest shop I’ve ever seen. I thought I needed 1 or 2 wheel bearing replaced, looking at a cost about $1,000. I self diagnosed it, they got the parts and booked me in.
Turns out, it was a wheel lug issue. Replaced them then double checked the whole truck. Cost me under $100.
Wow-I’m taking all my needs back there, I’d rather drive 4 hours for honesty!!! 5 stars are not enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE I have ever received! No one actually man's the Uhaul desk so every uhaul order is a nightmare. They canceled my uhaul without notice three hours after I was supposed to pick up- despite me calling and showing up TWICE to pick it up. Rude lady on the phone hung up on me after telling me to go complain to uhaul because it wasn't HER job to deal with it.
