Enormously expensive items compared to anywhere else as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling from the USA and we have a breakdown. Need a part to get going again, and we are on a timeline. The dealership in Vancouver has the part for around $400 and said they would overnight express ship it for $50, but they could not guarantee arrival within two days.
This Napa said they could have the part put on their freight truck that would arrive a day later...for $655 (and it was a Chinese knockoff). Due to our timeline, we unfortunately had to take this rip off.
Asking if they could confirm that the part made it onto the truck was met by rude disdain from the manager.
Extortionists. Con-artists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company had faxed an invoice for a large order to this store 1 month before I arrived like we do normally throughout the US and Canada. When I arrived in town for work I went to pick up our order and the owner boasted that he threw the fax out because he didnt want to pay freight charges and didn't even call us back to decline the order. We will always order from Acklands in Prince Rupert from now on. I mean, come on, who does that?
