They charge money for the work they haven’t even done on the truck just because they came to see the truck they charge 800 dollars and they didn’t even fixed. Just someone in tough situation on the road they take the benefit of it. Poorest service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am greatly disappointed by their service, Unfortunately my truck stopped working because truck fuel pipe got frozen. I had no choice but to call them to start up the truck. They said they will charge $500 to $600 and will start the truck but they did nothing. They said, sit at Napa, they will go and start up my truck. I kept asking them after hours. They said we are boosting the batteries. After half and hour, a lady said they are on break. After an hour. I asked them if the truck is start. They said sorry we cannot able to start. I was shocked when they gave me $800 bill because they said they will start it within $500. After that I borrowed car from a worker of Esso pump to look for the truck. My truck hood was open and battery box was open. On the other hand, they damaged the turbo of my truck as the turbo pipe was open and snow got stuck into it. They charged me $800 for nothing. Didn’t even fix my truck. They said sorry we cannot start your truck. They have zero mechanical knowledge. They just want $ for nothing. Don’t go to them for your truck repair. I then towed my truck and got it fixed from Saskatoon which were cheaper all together. If I have option to give them review in minus. I will give minus least. ???? Shame on you guys. They just work 11 to 2 pm including their half hour break and charged me for 4 and half hours. So disappointed ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I got stranded on the highway and Tom came to tow us. When we got to the shop we had no way of getting home and no one could pick us up. Melissa told us what motel to stay at and Tom even offered to drive us 1.5 hours back home. When the shop found out our car broke down because the dealership we bought our car from scammed us he did everything he could to get us our money back and pushed all his work back so we could drive home the next day. These people did everything and then some.
