★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'ai pas recu un bon service...en fait je n'ai pas recu de service tout court. Ils n'ont jamais fait le retour d'appel qu'ils avaient promis en plus de me faire déplacer pour rien. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Suite a la réponse du propriétaire je me dois de douter de son honnêteté. Partir sans finir la conversation ?? On m'a clairement fait savoir qu'il ne m'aiderait pas ça solution étant de le faire moi même. On m'a beaucoup mieux servi ailleurs et ils ont réglé le problème en moins de 10 minutes.
I did not receive a good service ... in fact I did not receive any service. They never made the call back that they had promised in addition to being moved for nothing. I do not recommend at all. Following the response of the owner I must doubt his honesty. Leave without ending the conversation ?? It was made clear to me that it would not help me that solution being to do it myself. I was much better served elsewhere and they solved the problem in less than 10 minutes.

Let me explain. I have no doubt that this guy is an amazing tech but defenetly not the type of person I'd want working my front desk. I was their looking for a 4tb HDD, after asking for one he simply stated "Oh We don't have anymore" no sorry and as an retired manager he did not try to find out if I'd be interested in a smaller one for now since right now their is a low level of stock for everyone.
Besides that the IT section is rather small but very clean.
