I had an amazing experience with the Nanaimo Hypnotherapy Center. I was quite sceptical about this method of therapy but it has truly helped so much. Ron is so easy going, down to earth and yet a no nonsense professional. A skilled and talented therapist. Thanks Ron!

Ron was fantastic. He has a very soothing voice. He was very respectful and thoughtful. He adjusted his voice to accommodate my sensitive hearing. The tips were very helpful and my sessions were successful. I lost 11" in 6 sessions of the Hypnoband. I still listen to my CD's twice a day, and I'm still on track! It has made me so much more aware of my fullness queues! The daily food log, weekly measurements and the golf ball have been great ongoing visual aids as well! This has been really good for me! We've been dealing with Ron & Tracy Thompson, at the Nanaimo Hypnotherapy, for the past two months. My wife was a smoker since her early teens (many, many packs a week for ever...) and I have an issue with pain medication (prescribed ... but then it became an addiction) for this past 3 years. When my wife and I heard of successful treatments and a strong recommendation from another former client of Ron's, we did our due diligence in researching the Nanaimo Hypnotherapy business of Ron & Tracy. We were hopeful, yet skeptical about hypnosis being able to achieve the results we hoped to have (kicking both the smoking and pain medication dependency) by trying other methods which proved to be unable to try to resolve our problems. After doing some checking about this business and in speaking with the former client of theirs, I called and spoke to Ron. I spoke numerous times with Ron on the phone (a couple with Tracy) to question what was going to happen, what might be our might our expected outcomes and the possible costs associated to their treatments. Ron took the time to fully explain what was going to happen and also what our responsibilities would be in enhance their treatments in order for this to be successful. I was cautioned that this was not an overnight cure and that both my wife and I had to do certain things to ensure that any treatments would have a much better chance of succeeding in curing us. Ron was very polite and had a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to what we were going through and what steps were necessary for success. I was pleasantly surprised. We discussed the cost and I found it to be reasonable for what they were going to do. In thinking back, if their bill would have been, how would you say it, "higher than a kite could fly", I might have second thoughts about proceeding, but then again, how much of a price would you pay to be cured? Knowing now what we received from Ron & Tracy and what we had to commit to do, and then doing it and receiving the success we both got.......I probably would have paid twice as much, without hesitation, knowing that we both would stop our addictions. My wife has been able to completely STOP smoking and my addiction to prescription pain medications is also GONE! This happened ONLY because of what Ron and Tracy were able to do for us, what other methods failed to do!! My wife and I were so fortunate to have utilized Nanaimo Hypnotherapy in treating our SERIOUS dependencies! I know that smart people will do their research. Sometimes, if there is a negative review, some may be swayed away from using that product or service. I also do know that not everyone writes in reviews, even when they have positive things to say (such as the person who provided us with information about their own success using Ron). But what I do know is that a person must accept and be committed in using hypnosis as a treatment for specific issues and if you are not committed, then you will NOT achieve success. Like most things, nothing is guaranteed to always 'be the answer' or 'succeed', but if you put your trust and commitment into doing what you have to, success very well be achieved! We took that opportunity and my wife and I have been cured! Thank you Ron & Tracy!!! I would recommend Nanaimo Hypnotherapy, WITHOUT HESITATION, as a great choice for you to be involved with!

I have consulted with Ron many times over the past few years. He is an excellent therapist whos genuine desire to help is immediately obvious. He is a skilled listener and as such is able to give treatments that suit you as an individual. His sessions are effective and inspiring. I have pursued many types of treatment for debilitating mental illness over the course of my life and felt like I was starting to loose the battle. When hypnotherapy was suggested to me I was skeptical but willing.
