โ โ โ โ โ Finally went to try Nam 2 tonight with my hubby. An acquaintance told me to try their pork and shrimp clear dumpling as an appetizer then the smoked brisket pho.
I didn't really enjoy the dumplings as it was a bit too chewy & difficult to break down. The stuff inside the dumpling was nice though.
The smoked brisket had a good flavor but I wish it was more fatty. Most of it was too lean for me so it was a bit dry. I also found it too salty and same with my pho broth.
Hubby got a vermicelli bowl as he usually does when we go for Vietnamese food. He said it was good but prefers The Pho Restaurant.
We may go back to try other items there.

โ โ โ โ โ Place has a nice vibe and friendly staff. You scan the QR code to order and you pay in the counter.
Fried chicken was very juicy and well seasoned.
Plates here have great portions: We order pho + extra rare beef and we got the pho AND a small bowl with soup and a portion of rare beef (the beef was so soft and fresh). Not to mentioned how great the broth was!
We also ordered the pork chop rice and we got 2 big pieces of pork chop(a little on the sweet side, but it was ok).

โ โ โ โ โ Love the food here!!! The rice noodles w/ softshell crab is amazing, a whole soft crab comes with the noodles. The smoked beef brisket pho is not your ordinary brisket pho, worth a try! Dry wings is so crispy and juicy. Thai ice tea is a bit small and too much ice. Would definitely come back. ??

โ โ โ โ โ If you're looking for your Vancouver Phnom Penh fix, Nam 2 has it all from their delicious dry wings, butter beef and even a tantizing smoked brisket/bone marrow pho.
Food was extremely delicious and came out quick, service was great and attentive and prices were very fair for the large portions.
We ordered both the dry and wet wings, but the dried ones really stood out and were coated in a salt, sugar and pepper mix and topped with fresh garlic.
Smoked brisket pho wasn't a joke either, and came in a fairly large bowl with a generous serving of brisket and sauce on the side.
The Hu Tieu Nam Vang Nuoc (egg noodles with shrimp, pork belly and ground pork) was also delicious, but my absolute favorite was the butter beef with rice and egg -- a mouth watering delicious that I couldn't stop stuffing into my mouth.
The location is a bit out of the way (Unionville/Markham) if you are coming from downtown Toronto but is totally worth the trek. All in all 10/10 experience.

โ โ โ โ โ The best Pho in town! Super crowded and super busy at meal times, great tasting aromatic Pho broth with thinly sliced rare rib-eye beef, choice of noodles (dry or fresh). Vietnamese pork spring rolls with fish sauce were just heavenly. This is their 2nd location, the original location at Richmond Hill is also excellent.

โ โ โ โ โ First time visiting this location, the restaurant layout is unique, itโs clean and the staffs are very polite. The menu can be retrieved by QR code and the order is placed online. We ordered a vermicelli, a rice plate and a pho. We liked the vermicelli and rice plate as the meats are tender with good texture and taste, portion is good too. Iโm not a fan of their pho because the soup base has a strong taste of black cardamom which Iโm not too keen on. We are pleased with our meals overall.

โ โ โ โ โ We order here almost every Sunday and this is the only place we never get tired of eating. Only thing I wish is that they were more consistent with the meat / noodle. Sometimes itโs a good amount and sometimes half of what we usually get. Overall, they definitely have the best pho and vermicelli in Markham !
