Excellent results with all the treatments I have received, from something as simple as a topical cream to his precise skills with lasers. The entire team is there to make you feel at ease and answer all your questions. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional. A great experience, I highly recommend Nakatsui DermaSurgery.

β β β β β Iβve always had a positive experience at the Nakatsui DermaSurgery Centre. Staff are efficient, polite and accommodating always striving to keep appointments running smoothly. There is an air of respect not only for patients but also between staff members. Iβve always felt they listened to my concerns and addressed issues promptly. I highly recommend Dr Nakatsui and his team.

β β β β β A couple years ago I got 2 moles removed on my face because they were a big insecurity of mine, I paid $500 to get them both removed via laser but unfortunately they were really stubborn moles and kept growing back, I went back and they repeated the process 3 different times. They were great as they didnβt charge me for the repeat laser service but Iβm disappointed that I still have the moles and Iβm down $500

β β β β β Finally, I found Keloid Injection in Edmonton area. Here, Nakatsui DermaSurgery Centre. My first experience in Canada and it was awesome, good services and really helpful. Easy to make an appointment through their instagram at @nakatsuiderm. Thank you Nakatsui DermaSurgery Centre.

β β β β β Two laser hair removal appointments cancelled in a row (over a 6 week period). They call one hour before the appointment to stated it needs to be re-scheduled and then have no available appointments for re-scheduled. This place to have employees available to actually work or they shouldn't waste people's time. If a client cancels 1 hour before an appointment we would be charged but it's totally fine for them to do it with no repercussions.

β β β β β Dr. Nakatsui and his team are caring, compassionate and professional. I have been going for an array of treatments and have always enjoyed being there. They are honest, upfront and give you realistic expectations. The entire team is incredible! I absolutely enjoy getting taken care of by Nurse Tammy and Charlene.

β β β β β This is definitely the best dermatologist in Edmonton. (Iβve been to 3) As soon as you walk into the building, you can tell itβs nice. It gives off βdress codeβ vibes. They have someone at the front handing out masks and giving out papers for covid information.(very well organized). Not only that, the nurses and doctors here have very good bedside manner, and I was surprised at the one on one time to be assessed by the actually dermatologist. Dr Nakatsui cut out a scar on my face (punch excision) and I had 7 moles removed. I have waited years to get this taken care of, and now I feel so much better for taking family photos. The clinic was very thorough for after care, and medical prep, they had freezing set on the side In case I needed more. The consultation was good as well, I had to bring my 3 year old initially, and she left with a bag of toys and was very happy about that. Overall clean, and pleasant experience. Decor is admirably aesthetically pleasing, and itβs a very relaxed atmosphere.
