I was wary of being handed off to different lawyers, so when Ryan informed me Ariane Wiseman would be handling my case i was a bit worried. But from the First meeting i knew Ariane Wiseman was an extra special Lawyer. She put me at ease and was so attentive. It just seemed like she had time for me and was very good at explaining every detail so i knew what to expect. When it came time to go up against the insurance company Ariane was prepared, diligent and fierce. She knew the details of my case better then i did. In any communication with the opposing Lawyer you could tell that she was in total control and far more effective at getting her point across then the other side. AIso , i always had a pleasant experience with her Assistant, Herla and she was very responsive. I would Definitely recommend Naimark Law as the settlement they got for me exceeded my expectations. Keeping in mind the insurance company i was against only a few lawyers will go after them. Through many years of fighting through accident benefits and tort he got me a settlement that was more than substantial. His team, i grew to find them as part of my family because i was in constant communication (Vivan Chow, and Ariane) always got back to me promptly. I always knew one day it would come down to final numbers but never knew what the outcome will be. During the whole legal process they made it very calming. They know how the insurance company thinks. For me it was not the best case during the years i was deemed CAT which is the highest disability when it comes to accident benefits. Ryan assured me things would be okay and he got me what i deserved i had a great team. Writing this review for me is something very personal because i get to thank Ryan's team for all their hard work over the years. If you ever find yourself which i hope no one should but things happen everyday that no one can foresee Naimark law should be the place you call for personal injury counsel Thank you everyone!!!
