She was more than happy to work with me on a creating a custom lace-front topper with a large base. It took about four weeks from the time I ordered to the time it shipped, which is very reasonable and she used UPS to ship. I had communicated with her numerous times via Instagram and she was always very prompt and helpful with her responses, which I appreciate. The hair quality is good - it's healthy and strong. I have received pieces from shops online before and the hair was beyond damaged and unworkable and would literally break off in my hand if I tugged it at all. The hair I received from Nada's Hair Boutique is definitely not that :) I love the silk top too as it brings the topper to the next level in realism. The prices are _very_ reasonable and she even offers payment plans, which is a big help! The only reason I've knocked off one star is because on my order I had asked for a dark root and did not receive a dark root. It's not the end of the world as I was comfortable enough to add the root myself after the fact along with some lowlights (which I had not requested) and I think it looks totally fine. I usually wind up customizing my pieces further when I receive them anyhow (trimming/thinning etc), so I'm not too bothered by the extra work. But I figure it is worth mentioning. Other than that one issue, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to order again :)

The quality of the piece is amazing (I wear it every day) the experience with Nada was so positive she is not pushy at all it was actually my second time to her as I was unsure the first time. I highly recommend Nada and her wigs to anyone who wants to feel and look amazing.

The shipping was very quick and was nicely packaged. I have over 250 wigs that I own, and I will continue to order my real hair wigs from Nada because the customer service is A++ and so is the quality of the wigs. I recommend this amazing boutique to anyone who needs a wig or topper.

Nada has been so wonderful to deal with, so professional and very patient as I had a tons of questions for her....I was kind of nervous as I had purchased from other places before only to be let down, but in all honesty this is the Best!! The hair is so beautiful, lightweight and natural. Nada customized it to perfection!!! R	Rose marie Legere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a hair topper from here, gave her very clear instructions as to what I wanted, with the help of my hair stylist, did not get what I ordered at all. Waited 5 weeks longer for it than what she told me and everytime I messaged her she would ignore me. When I contacted her to return it she wasn’t very nice about it and said no she wasn’t taking it back or giving me a refund. I contacted my c/c company , made a complaint, sent the hair back and let her know what I did. I paid dearly to make sure she received the hair in 3 days, which she lied about saying she hadn’t received it, but I had the tracking and checked, and a month later still had no refund. When I contacted her again (and she finally answered me) she said she had returned the money to the wrong Rose ? and then proceeded to tell me she would do the return with a restocking fee of 20%. Well the total she told me she was returning was more like 30% restocking fee but I guess it doesn’t matter because she never did a refund to my card. Had she sent me what I asked for I wouldn’t have had to send it back, so why should I pay any restocking fee?? This all started Feb 8th and it’s May 25th…. I have no topper and no money. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!! I am now letting my c/c company take care of it.

The hair is gorgeous, the cap fits me perfectly and the lace is flawless and so realistic. I am in love.
