★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building apartment on 1436 Graveley St is really old. Laundry is expensive, windows don't close properly, decadent state in general. Not worth it. On top of that the new building manager is quite unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it. You can find much better deals around if you like the location. I will give it 2 stars because some of the neighbours are really nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Poor all round. The apartments have been badly maintained for years which is now causing everything to break at once.
Theres been a mouse infestation at 1436 Graveley Street for the past year. Multiple tenants with bed bugs. We've also had electrical fires and building floods. The electrical issues in our apartment were brought up multiple times with management and ignored causing an electrical fire in our loft. We were told to keep baseboards turned off if we were that worried (during December)
The management company, especially Jennifer (building Manager) is awful, unorganized, and rude, and is really only there to make everything such a hassle you end up going mad or fixing it yourself. Multiple residents have taken the company to the RTB to get the very basic things fixed.
We have tenant building facebook group to help share information and misinformation Jennifer has spread.
Can't want to leave. Would 100% not recommend anyone moving in.
