It’s not uncommon to have 20 people try to outbid each other on a good property on the North Shore. In a market like this, getting an unbelievable deal is impossible... Except, I arguably got the best deal in West Vancouver and saved at least $300k by working with Nabeel Gilani. On top of that he sold my townhome for top dollar through outstanding marketing and expert negotiation. I am writing this review from the dream home I never thought I could afford and I have Nabeel to thank for that. He will go above and beyond because he is sincere, professional, hardworking and he cares about people. When I was having problems moving he stepped up and made arrangements to help out. Challenges are addressed quickly and with an absence of ego. When it came to inspection details and last minute negotiations, he fought for my every penny and ensured all my interests were protected. Selling and purchasing a home can be stressful, as it’s a process with many moving parts. After all is said and done, I am so glad that I chose to work with Nabeel - I got a jaw dropping deal people say couldn’t be done and couldn’t be happier today by choosing to work with him. But patiently he visited the houses we sent to him and walked through by his phone to show us the place. His comments and suggestions were very helpful.
