R	Ryan Barichello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service at a very reasonably price. Had my travel trailer brakes go wonky on my way in to Tulameen on a Friday afternoon. Scared i would have to drive home without trailer brakes if I couldn’t find somewhere right then. I quickly called several places in Princeton, only to be turned away by all, except N&L! Neil waited for me to get there, and stayed late to get me, the truck and camper sorted out. 40 minutes later I was on my way camping with everything sorted out! He should have charged more, most would have! Thank you for your kindness! Would highly recommend!

Neil listened to the issues over the phone, and when I was unable to drive the car to the shop, was able to send a tow truck immediately. They managed to diagnose the problem within minutes and were on the phone looking for the part as we arrived. The guys had some great suggestions of what to do in town as we had to stay the night. They received the part the next morning and had the car ready to go by the afternoon, as promised. All at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended! Thanks you guys!

These guys tried their guts out to get my van back on the road but to no avail...my Mazda would not stop overheating and the damage was done. I was stuck with no vehicle to get me back home in Vancouver. The guys at N&L sold me an old Ford for next to nothing and I was back on the road. Thanks...you saved me from being stranded!!
E	Emma Proulx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I we’re on our way to a friends Funeral, and our Handi van broke down on the side of the road 18 km south of Princeton. The tow truck driver that helped us along with the paramedics that helped transport my friend because he is in a wheelchair we’re all amazing!To top things off The mechanics at the shop stayed an hour overtime to help us get back on the road. They replaced the heater line that blew up and just did a once over to make sure we could make it safe and advised us to get some more help when we are back from our trip on fixing the van! They were all so helpful and we hope we can see them again when we come back to do a comedy show! Everyone was so hospitable it truly showed the sense of community that small towns have. Nothing but love for the town of Princeton and its members!

Finally figured it was radiator fluid on the hose heading to the heat exchanger in the hot water heater and N & L said to bring it over. Got there and they were busy but said they'd take a quick look. That became a quick repair and we were back on the road in less than half an hour. Great service. Solid fix. Kind people. Reasonable price. Thank you!
