A	Ale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service de la part de Mme Gingras que je recommande et qui permet d’éviter le 1 sur 5. Je ne peux pas dire autant d’une de ces collègues qui incarnent, à mon avis, le stéréotype du dentiste cupide (à l’argent) et hautain. J’ai de la difficulté à faire confiance au diagnostic de ce type de dentiste qui semble faussé par l’appât du gain sans compter que les garanties des travaux dentaires ne sont pas expliqués et semblent pour le moins ardus à faire honorer. Very good service from Ms. Gingras whom I recommend and who avoids the 1 in 5. I cannot say the same for one of those colleagues who, in my opinion, embody the stereotype of the greedy dentist (in the 'money) and haughty. I find it difficult to trust the diagnosis of this type of dentist who seems skewed by the greed, not to mention that the guarantees of dental work are not explained and at the very least seem difficult to honor.

Elle m'ont toujours adonné même quand j'étais étudiante et que je n'avais pas beaucoup de sous. J'ai aussi réussi à avoir des RV d'urgence quand j'en avait besoin. Petit point d'amélioration : ce ne sont pas toutes les secrétaires qui offrent un bon service ou qui sont compréhensives. Mais lorsque je parlais à Annie la secrétaire, tout se réglait par magie. ! Mercii :) I have been a customer for 10 years. Dr. Gingras is a sweetheart as well as his secretary Annie. I recommend +++. She always gave me up even when I was a student and I didn't have a lot of money. I also managed to have emergency RVs when needed. Small point of improvement: not all secretaries offer good service or are understanding. But when I spoke to Annie the secretary, everything was sorted by magic. ! Thanks :)

Premièrement les secrétaires sont mêlés sans parler de la dentiste qui se prend pour une autre et qui n'est pas professionnelle pour 5 cents! Parle de ses souliers, sa fin de semaine, fait son horaire ou pire parle de dossiers d'autres patients pendant qu'elle te joue dans bouche. Après avoir souffert immédiatement suite à la réparation d'une carrie j'apprends que j'aurais dû avoir un traitement de canal plutôt. Donc 400$ pour carrie et repayer 800$ pour un traitement canal tout suite après, c'est rire de moi ! Ce qu'elle m'offre ensuite c'est l'extraction de la dent. Je suis contente d'avoir été consulté ailleurs suite à cet incident et d'avoir eu l'avis d'un autre dentiste. Nous avons fermés tout nos dossiers chez elle et changer pour un dentiste simple, humain et surtout compétent. Over the years the service has become increasingly poor. First, the secretaries are mixed up, not to mention the dentist who thinks she is someone else and who is unprofessional for 5 cents! Talk about her shoes, her weekend, work out her schedule or worse, talk about other patient records while she plays in your mouth. After having suffered immediately following the repair of a carrie I learn that I should have had a root canal instead. So $ 400 for Carrie and paying $ 800 again for a root canal treatment right after, that's laughing at me! What she then offers me is the extraction of the tooth. I am happy to have been consulted elsewhere following this incident and to have had the opinion of another dentist. We closed all our files with her and changed to a simple, humane and above all competent dentist.

J	Jean-Benoit Drouin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été client de la clinique pendant 28 ans... Je tiens à remercier Dr. Leblanc pour sont honnêteté ainsi que l'équipe en général. C'est grâce à elle que je ne met pas une seule étoile. J'ai vécu deux événements qui m'ont malheureusement fait changer de clinique dentaire. 1- On m'a fait un plombage sur la mauvaise dent. J'ai déboursé pour l'intervention et on m'a annoncé l'erreur seulement 1 an par la suite - Sans compensation. J'ai eu de la difficulté à comprendre comment on pouvait se tromper.. J'en ai pas fait de cas et j'ai continué d'être fidèle à la clinique. 2- J'ai visité la clinique et on m'a annoncé que j'avais une carie et que je devais avoir un plombage. Je suis retourné 3 semaines plus tard pour avoir l'intervention. On m'a gelé la bouche pour me dire par la suite que la carie n'était pas très grosse et qu'un plombage n'était pas nécéssaire.. J'ai perdu du temps et confiance à ce moment ! Le diagnostique avait été fait par un autre membre de l'équipe comme Dr. Leblanc était en vacance. J'ai par contre apprécié sont honnêteté.. J'ai par la suite demandé un avis à une autre clinique pour me faire dire qu'il n'y avait aucune carie à cet endroit. Deux dentistes ce sont même penché sur la question.. Mon constat est qu'une personne est mal intentionné à cet endroi et essaie de profiter du portefeuille des clients. Est-ce mieux de garder un client fidèle pendant plus de 28 ans ou de simuler des faux plombages à quelques centaines de dollars ? I was a client of the clinic for 28 years ... I would like to thank Dr. Leblanc for his honesty as well as the team in general. It is thanks to her that I do not put a single star. I experienced two events which unfortunately made me change dental clinics. 1- I was given a filling on the bad tooth. I paid for the procedure and I was notified of the error only 1 year later - Without compensation. I had difficulty understanding how it could be wrong. I didn't mind and continued to be loyal to the clinic. 2- I visited the clinic and I was told that I had a cavity and that I had to have a filling. I returned 3 weeks later to have the procedure. They froze my mouth to tell me later that the cavity was not very big and that a filling was not necessary. I wasted time and confidence at this time! The diagnosis had been made by another member of the team as Dr. Leblanc was on vacation. On the other hand, I appreciated his honesty. I then asked another clinic for advice to let me know that there was no cavities there. Two dentists even looked into the question. My observation is that a person is ill-intentioned in this place and is trying to take advantage of the clients' wallets. Is it better to keep a loyal customer for over 28 years or fake fake fillings for a few hundred dollars?

Les rendez-vous sont dans les délais respectables et il y a peu d'attente. Merci à toute l'équipe! A dental clinic that takes our well-being to heart.
