★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't believe the amount of time and effort the crew from My Upgrade put into my renovation. Great attention to detail, and they managed to keep the process stress free and clean. I was prepared for a nightmare after watching all those renovation tv shows haha! But I had nothing of the sorts. Special thanks to Ali the project manager for helping us save money with clever options.

My husband and I are beyond satisfied with their professionalism and expertise. Shawn made sure to be very open and communicative. His response time to emails and messages were within the hour! Any changes that we requested were arranged immediately. These guys were absolutely fantastic to work with considering that this was a 7 month long project. Their consistency with outstanding service and quality workmanship shows that they are truly dedicated to their job and really put their customer’s experience as top priority.
