In 1995, when I assumed the management of an apartment building built by my mother in 1956, it was imperative to conduct electrical upgrades throughout the building. The work was done by” MY ELECTRICIAN”. Jacob’s knowledge, judgement and thoughtfulness were always evident to me for in the course of those years, I found” My- Electrician” to excel in all aspects of the work. He gave fine suggestions for all the needs of the building, working on both the interior and the exterior of the building. As I observed his consistent care of and attention to every detail, I was always assured that his work would ensure the safety and security of my building and its residents. His extraordinarily courteous manner and services to me during my years of building management will never be forgotten. My Electrician Enterprises Inc. still does all my electrical work. D	Don Allen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an outdoor pond and lighting system that has worked well for many years. Suddenly. the GFI breaker started to trip. The pump would work for about three minutes and then the breaker would trip. I called My Electrician and he said he'd be over in an hour. He finally showed up two and a half hours later! He said that the problem was the old GFI breaker in the panel and that I didn't even need that because there was another GFI at the plug itself. He then replaced the GFI panel breaker with a regular breaker. This was about 15 minutes of work and he charged me $210.00 ! Things get better. After about six hours the breaker at the plug tripped. I called and left a message and got no response. When I finally got through to him after repeated calling he said that the problem was not the circuit but the pump. In short, he showed up late, misdiagnosed the problem., "fixed" something that didn't need fixing and grossly overcharged me. I will never use him again and I would strongly recommend that you use someone else Just a quick update. I went to Home Depot and got a new GFI outlet ($40) and a new light timer ($90) and installed them myself. It's been working perfectly for a week. DO NOT use this clown.

This month, he did the wiring for our kitchen renovation and updated our hardwired smoke detectors. He also installed motion-detecting LED lights in a storage room, that are safer than what we had in there. All for a really good price. In the past, he gave us a new electrical panel (and new connection to the wire at the alley). He removed all our dangerous knob-and-tube wiring (this is a 100 year old house!) and rewired the whole house on short notice -- because our insurance company threatened to cancel our insurance. Because he's so good he's always in demand, but he is always able to fit us in because he juggles his schedule so well. When we need something done, he's there, and he's always got a creative solution to what seems like an intractable problem. He has such a good sense of humour, too!
