★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have to wait long at all. Last year I waited almost 1 hour to renew my registration. This year was faster because of Covid I'm thinking. Atleast in Whitecourt there's multiple people that can help you get done. In Mayerthorpe there's only one MVD Clerk and there's been times I've left. If there's around 6 to 7 people waiting in line it can be over a hour wait easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here once to pay a ticket, one women was getting hair braided by another co- worker right in the front not even in the back. At this time there was at least 10 people waiting and one women working. I have never heard of this, you work at a registries not a hair salon, besides that the entitlement these women seem to think they have is ridiculous I almost thought that being a rude, self righteous B*&^h was a job requirement to work here. Going to Mayerthorpe is well worth the drive. Nothing more to say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst registry in Canada. They don't know legislature or policy when it comes to requirements for recreational vehicles. Extremely rude and hang up on you when they are challenged. Overall worst experience with a registry ever. If I was the owner of this company I would do a complete overhaul of staff and offer better training. If it was possible to give zero stars that's what they would get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One person working, during lunch on the last day of the month while the rest of the staff watch the 20+ line grow out the door and people leave. Always rude and unwilling to help, also charge an extra fee if you use a credit card. Definitely go to Mayerthorpe if you have the chance, but if a drive but you’ll save a dozen headaches. 0 stars if I could.
